music monday: the soundtrack of my life

so you may or may not know that all molly mutt patterns are named after songs (*gasp! it all makes sense now!)

one of the first patterns when we first opened for business was "your hand in mine". it remains, 2 years later, one of our most popular patterns.

since i first heard this song, i knew i would include it my life's soundtrack. it's absolutely perfect for that great transition scene-where each image blurs into the next one, in that muddled movie way. (i can seriously picture this down to the pictures i would use. yes, i am nothing if not a nerd.)

ok, there are some GREAT pet photographers. i mean, probably the happiest i've been all week is checking out some of these awesome captures.

first, i perused the magnificence that is macro mutt, which focuses on dog photos & photographers. score. THEN, i found shiny pet photo's genius-behind-the-lens grace from her twitter feed. yessssss. hours of delight. it makes me want to get my three pigs photographed stat. i think she & i should pretty much be best friends so i can borrow her eye for great pet pictures. fact. (thanks, grace, for letting me use these photos!)
